About women's snowboards

Designed and tested by our team riders

Our women’s snowboards are engineered for different riding styles, terrain types and ability levels. Each model is shaped and refined through our test, tweak and repeat process with riders like Elena Hight, Robin Van Gyn and Marissa Krawczak. This constant on-snow development ensures every board offers confidence on steeps, float in powder and precise control in technical freeride terrain.

How to choose the right women’s snowboard

Choosing the right women’s snowboard starts with where you ride most and how experienced you are. Newer riders often prefer softer flex patterns and rocker-focused profiles that feel more forgiving. Intermediate and advanced riders usually benefit from the stability, response and precision of camber-dominant shapes.

Freeride, all-mountain, freestyle and carving performance

Our women’s freeride snowboards use directional shapes, 3D rocker profiles and engineered taper to provide stability and smooth speed control in deep or variable snow. All-mountain models combine camber and rocker for dependable edge hold, pop and versatility across groomers, side hits and changing conditions. Carving-focused boards like the Women’s Airheart 2.0 offer powerful edge grip and dynamic turn response. Freestyle-oriented twin and directional twin shapes deliver balanced handling for jumps, rails, park laps, switch riding and creative lines across the resort.

How do I choose the right snowboard size?

Your ideal snowboard size depends on your weight and boot size. We’ve made sizing simple: open any snowboard product page and click Find my size. Our size tool will calculate your perfect length based on your riding profile. To decide between two sizes, choose the smaller size if your priority is maneuverability and freestyle performance, choose the larger size if you're focused on riding fast and powder performance. A shorter board will be easier to turn and a longer board will offer better float and stability riding off-piste.To learn more about snowboard sizing and view the full size chart, check out our blog: Snowboard Size Chart & Guide: Find Your Perfect Board.

What’s the difference between directional and twin snowboards?

Directional boards are designed to ride forward, offering increased stability, carving power and powder float — ideal for freeride and all-mountain terrain. Directional twin boards blend freestyle balance with all-mountain performance, making them great for resort riding. True twin boards are fully symmetrical and centered for switch riding, jumps, rails and park laps.

What’s the difference between camber and rocker snowboard profiles?

Camber profiles offer more power, precision and edge hold, making them ideal for carving, speed and advanced all-mountain riding. Rocker profiles are more forgiving and easier to turn, which helps in powder and makes them great for beginners or riders who want a surfier feel. Many of our boards use hybrid camber and rocker to blend stability, float and versatility across changing terrain.

Which snowboard flex is better for me, stiff or soft?

Soft-flexing boards are easier to control at low speeds, more forgiving and ideal for beginners or riders who enjoy playful freestyle. Stiffer boards offer more power, stability and edge hold, making them better for freeride terrain, carving and high-speed riding.

How do I choose the right snowboard stance and binding angles?

Your stance affects balance, control and comfort on the mountain. To find out if you are goofy or regular, set your stance width, and choose the right binding angles, check our Find your snowboard stance guide with tips from our team riders.
