Jones Snowboard team riders Mitch Tölderer and Bibi Tölderer-Pekarek have created a new pre-season training program in conjunction with their website GoProFitnessTraining.com. The program is designed to help you get in shape for big days in the backcountry this winter.
The video above is an introduction to their Go Pro Fitness Training program. The program features functional exercises that work on your whole body strength and coordination. Over the course of the next two weeks, Go Pro will be releasing three additional videos detailing the exercises in each training session. Look out for the videos here on the Jones blog in the coming days.
